about me

a baby picture of me

I was born in the Bronx to Nigerian immigrants. Growing up, I moved around a bit, living in New York, Illinios, and Texas before high school graduation. As a kid, I wanted to be everything under the sun: a hairdresser, a paramedic, even President.

I graduated high school and am now attending Columbia University. After a bit of mental debate, I decided on computer science. I've been specifically interested in frontend and web development.

Through an immersion program with Qubit x Qubit, I interned at IBM in their quantum department. I worked on an open source quantum software benchmarking tool called Red Quuen. I returned back to IBM in summer 2023 as a quantum software developer intern where I worked on a compiler plugin for Qiskit!
